The following information is compiled from Red Bluff Police Department, Red Bluff Fire, Tehama County Sheriff’s Department, Corning Police Department, Corning Fire, Cal Fire and California Highway Patrol logs. 

Mary Avenue, Corning: A German shepherd was attacking animals in the neighborhood around 7 a.m. Thursday.

Luce Griswald Road: A woman reported ongoing issues with two beagles and a basset hound chasing her chickens and trampling her garden around 10:15 a.m. Thursday.

Waltz Avenue: An ongoing issue was reported around 10:40 a.m. Saturday of a female husky and a brindle shepherd attacking calves.

Rick D. Dry: 48, of Corning was arrested Thursday and charged with receiving known stolen property worth $400 or more. No bail was set.

Jaxson Lennon Bryant: 29, of Redding was arrested Friday and charged with bringing contraband into jail and possession of burglary tools. No bail was set.

Victor Noe Vazquez-Gutierrez: 35, of Corning was arrested Friday and charged with receiving known stolen property worth $400 or more. No bail was set.

David Anthony Chavez: 36, of Red Bluff was arrested Saturday and charged with grand theft of personal property and receiving known stolen property worth $400 or more. No bail was set.

Joylyn Lisa Robins: 54, of Dairyville was arrested Saturday and charged with battery on a person. No bail was set.

Darek Jessie Zeimet: 33, of Cottonwood was arrested Saturday and charged with attempted arson and causing a fire in a structure or forest. Bail was $15,000.

Jason Richard Lowe: 45, of Corning was arrested Sunday and charged with child endangerment. Bail was $50,000.

Jade Steven Wilt: 36, of Red Bluff was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of ammunition while prohibited. No bail was set.

Riverside Avenue near 99W: A shot was heard just before 6 p.m. Thursday.

Sherwood Boulevard: A woman reported her boyfriend slammed the door in her face and slapped her twice during an argument around 6:20 p.m. Thursday.

Bowman Road: A woman broke a window at her parents’ home and was breaking items in a bedroom around 2:40 a.m. Friday.

El Cerrito Drive: A man was screaming at a woman next door, threatening to burn the house down, around 7:45 a.m. Friday.

Main Street: A shot was heard around 3:30 p.m. Friday at Dog Island Park.

Santa Rosa Avenue: A woman reported being attacked by two women and a man around 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Belle Mill Road: Two men were fighting in the parking lot of FoodMaxx around 7:40 p.m. Saturday and one threatened to get a gun out of his car.

Hall Road near Doyle Ranch Road: Shots were heard around 12:10 a.m. Sunday from a creek bed.

Main Street: A fight was reported around 1 a.m. Sunday at the Palomino Room.

South Avenue: An empty gray, 12-foot flat-bottom longboat floated by Woodson Bridge Park around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

Franklin Street near Cedar Street: Three people were running, yelling “hurry up, let’s go” while a white Mazda followed them around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Garrison Road: A man dumped trash and a trap and left lit candles in dry grass around 10 a.m. Saturday.

SR 36W: A woman was found in the hills near R Wild Horse Ranch tied up with bailing wire around 9:30 a.m. Sunday.

Penner Drive: A lock was cut on a storage container and a plasma cutter and other items stolen around 10:50 a.m. Thursday, with an estimated loss of $2,000.

Elder Creek Circle: A home was reported burglarized around 7 p.m. Thursday.

San Mateo Court: Firearms were reported stolen from a home around 11:45 a.m. Friday.

Mina Avenue: A woman reported the theft of her grandson’s Nintendo Switch around 3:30 p.m. Friday and she suspected her son or his friends.

Givens Road: A man was seen cutting a catalytic converter off a black Toyota Tundra around 6 a.m. Saturday and an arrest was made.

Walnut Street: A burglar was seen around 7:30 a.m. Saturday at Brentwood Post Acute and dropped some items as he fled.

Sherwood Boulevard: A Harley-Davidson motorcycle, keys and credit cards were reported stolen around 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

Sister Mary Columba Drive: Belongings of one patient were reported stolen by another patient around 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital.

Bowman Road: Solar panels were reported stolen around 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Washington Street: A person reported being scammed out of $1,500 around 6:45 p.m. Saturday.
