Providing a flexible and robust solution, this small form factor IFE&C system utilizes dual WiFi 6 radios that innovatively deliver high-quality streaming for up to 100 client devices enabling airlines to support an individual aircraft’s in-flight entertainment needs. The product refresh, which results in new variants, introduces a display output, latest in connectivity with a 5G cellular modem, WiFi 6, larger batteries (up to 2x 100Wh) and more content storage: over 14 terabytes (TB).

Measuring just 9.8-inches (25cm) x 3.5-inches (9cm) x 12.6-inches (32cm), the portable Cab-n-Connect™ P100 system features dual hot-swappable batteries that enable up to 12 hours of streaming video. The unit can be simply carried-on the aircraft or installed in the overhead cabin bin using the installation kit. The refreshed platform offers built in ADS-B receiver, 5G modem for external connectivity and removable storage device (RSSD) allowing quick content updates. In addition the new variant can support larger battery capacity, up to 2x 100Wh hot-swappable batteries

All of the Cab-n-Connect™ platforms are offered with an application ready software solution, providing the first proof of concept of Seamless Air Alliance Open Hardware Platform HOST initiative. This simplifies IFE content management and system integration by allowing customers to easily add/remove services such as moving map applications, in-flight entertainment and other digital content

The Cab-n-Connect™ product line utilizes both Intel® C3000 series server-grade processors and AMD embedded processors, with ordering options up to 16 Core and 32 gigabytes (GB) of RAM.
