ICI Homes, one of Florida’s best known and prestigious homebuilders, is excited to begin its second phase of homes in Bexley, a planned community embracing a natural setting in Land O’ Lakes.

“We haven’t been in Bexley for a few years, and are thrilled to be coming back,” says Greg Jones, Tampa division manager for ICI Homes.

Phase two will feature 32 homesites, all in close proximity to Bexley’s premier amenity center, which features a resort-style pool, game room, well-equipped fitness room, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and a community cafe.

“It’s basically like having the amenity center in your backyard,” says Jones.

Ranging from 1,500 square feet to 2,600 square feet, the 32 homesites will start in the upper $400s and will have one- and two-story options, and will feature alley garages. All of these homes, in the spirit of ICI’S brand, will be fully customizable to each and every homeowner’s interest and style.

The Bexley community features single-family homes that absorb the “Old Florida” feel. Preservation is the key to Bexley’s beauty, and the community is nestled into the existing landscape integral to the Bexley way of life. It also has thousands of acres of preserved wetlands, miles of recreational trails, and a great location off State Road 52 and the Suncoast Parkway.

“Bexley is a flagship community in the Land O’ Lakes area,” says Jones. “There’s so much the area has — from shops, restaurants, parks and trails — Bexley is able to offer all of that because of its superb location.”

ICI Homes will start offering VIP appointments on Sept. 8 for phase two of Bexley, for potential homeowners.

Lake Jovita Continues To Have Great Success ICI Homes continues to have great success in Lake Jovita — an established master-planned community in Dade City.

“New homeowners are moving in monthly,” says Jones. “If you’re looking for a community with wider homesites (that can be up to three-quarters of an acre), no CDDs, located in a growing city, Lake Jovita is the place for you.”

Some of the inventory homes that will be offered in Lake Jovita include the Charlotte, Costa Mesa and Egret.

The Charlotte’s 2,106-square-foot floor plan is designed for optimal convenience, allowing you to enter through a mudroom area attached to the garage. The walk-in pantry is just steps away from the mudroom, making bringing in groceries easier. From there, enter the kitchen and open living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining or spending time with the family.

The Costa Mesa’s 2,500-square-foot open floor plan allows for the living room, kitchen and dining room to be one expansive space sharing plenty of Florida sunlight. A cup of coffee can be enjoyed on the covered lanai. The master suite is at the rear of the home, featuring a large walk-in closet, double vanities and a roomy walk-in shower.

Walk into the 3,137-square-foot Egret to find a large dining room on one side and a flex room on the other. The gathering room includes a luxurious gourmet kitchen with nook. The large master suite, and the two guest bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the home allow enough space for everyone. A functional utility/laundry room is located nearby the two-car garage.

Phase Two of Persimmon Park is Opening Soon Phase two of Persimmon park is expected to be done this Fall, and will feature new elevations and additional floor plans. The VIP interest list is now available.

Located in Wesley Chapel by The Shops at Wiregrass, all Persimmon Park homes have open floor plans with front porches, and garages and alleys at the back of the home. Its amenity center includes a unique T-shaped luxury pool, with cabanas and a grilling area.

The Primrose is Persimmon Park’s most popular floor plan. This two-story plan features nearly 2,500 square feet of living space, with a master bedroom suite on the main level, along with one guest bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living area is connected to a beautiful kitchen and dining area, with plenty of room for all to gather. The second story includes two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a bonus room.

Connerton is Almost Sold Out Rose Pointe at Connerton — Pasco County’s largest, master-planned, mixed-use community — is almost sold out.

Two showcase homes — The Egret and The Egret V — currently are available. Both have lake views in the gated section of the Rose Pointe community.

The Egret V is perfect for those who want to enjoy a large, open floor plan. A grand gallery-style foyer provides an immediate view into the open living room, covered lanai, and backyard. The living room is complemented by the gourmet kitchen and nook. The master suite features a large walk-in closet and spacious bath. A functional utility/laundry room near the garage helps with all your storage needs.

Located in Land O’ Lakes, Rose Pointe is right by the Connerton Nature Preserve, which features a scenic 2-mile trail that winds through natural wilderness, lakes and wetlands. The trail’s 10-foot-wide sidewalks allow for easy biking and walking through Connerton’s picturesque landscape.
